5 Things To Do | Right Now

5 things to do right now inspiring list

1. Smile.
Just do it, whether you’re on your own or out and about, smile! It will make you feel better and could cheer someone else up too.

2. Call somebody.
No, don’t text or send an email or a tweet, actually pick up the phone and give someone a call! Why not ring your friend or your grandparents or something? Even if it is a short chat I’m sure they will be happy that you’ve taken the time to give them a ring.

3. Comment on a blog post.
On any blog – take the time to read and write a really thoughtful comment, it will make someone’s day!

4. Write down 5 things you love about yourself.
I dare you! What do you love about your personality? Your physical appearance? Your spiritual or emotional self?

5. Get your thoughts together.
Take a short break to make a mental or physical list to clear your mind.

  1. Lovely little list! I never call anyone, I'm really bad at it - but should probably learn to not be scared of the telephone!

    1. I suppose if it is someone you know and you are making the call that might make it easier? I try to find time to give my grandparents a quick ring as they seem to really appreciate it :) x
