Changes are happening. This week has been the start of slow but steady changes in terms of mindset, lifestyle, health and fitness. The 30 Day Shred has been started again (and stuck to!) as have the squats and ab workouts and the healthy eating. I thought I would share what I picked up on my first healthy food shop:
Fruit and Veg: cucumber, spinach, tomatoes, lime, lemon, apple, frozen fruit
Other bits: chia seeds, rolled oats, frozen fruit, eggs
Various people have inspired these choices and I would definitely recommend checking them out if you need some inspiration too: Abi Fox, Natalie Robb and Deliciously Ella (click on their names to be taken to their various pages!) I've been making smoothies using the fruit and veg and having spinach with almost everything! Follow me on Instagram to see some of the recipes.
I also bought a Morphy Richards blender to make the smoothies in. I had wanted the blend active blender that I had heard so much about but this was out of stock everywhere I went and I was impatient so opted for the Morphy Richards which has turned out fine!
Sorry this is such a short post but I wanted to quickly share my first healthy food shop with you as I am feeling so inspired and excited about the new changes! I might start sharing more health and fitness posts on itsneecola to keep myself accountable and inspired and refreshed.
